Attorney Laudato Successful at Social Security Administration Hearing

Associate Attorney Nicholas D. Laudato, at an Administrative Law Hearing for the Social Security Administration, successfully argued for his client that a common law marriage existed between the client and her spouse prior to October 10, 1991 which was the date that Ohio abolished common law marriage. By establishing the common law marriage for his client, attorney Laudato was able to achieve disabled widower’s benefits for his client and back pay for two years of more than $20,000.00.
