Stephanie E. Landgraf Appointed Law Director for City of Willowick

On April 3, 2018, Mayor Richard Regovich’s appointment of Stephanie E. Landgraf as Director of Law was confirmed by Willowick City Council. Stephanie succeeds Michael C. Lucas as the City’s Law Director and will serve as Lake County’s first female Law Director.

Stephanie joined Wiles Richards as an Associate Attorney in 2013. Prior to joining Wiles Richards, Stephanie was a Staff Attorney for Judge Lawson in the Lake County Court of Common Pleas. During law school and immediately thereafter, Stephanie worked for the City of North Olmsted Law Department.

As an Associate Attorney at Wiles Richards, Stephanie’s practice focuses primarily on civil litigation, land use and zoning, domestic relations, family law, probate, estate planning, business transactions, real property, and personal injury representation. Stephanie additionally serves a significant role in Wiles and Richards’ extensive municipal and governmental entity representation, providing legal counsel and guidance to the firm’s municipal and township clients. At the present time, she also serves as Assistant Law Director for the City of Willoughby and provides counsel to the Concord Township Board of Zoning Appeals and Zoning Commission.
