Nicholas D. Laudato, a lifelong resident of Lake County, joined Wiles Richards in 2011 after receiving his Juris Doctorate from Ohio Northern University’s Claude W. Pettit College of Law in 2010. After graduating from Gilmour Academy he attended Ohio Northern University graduating in 2007 with a B.A. in History.
While attending law school he served as the President of the Public Interest Law Association at Ohio Northern University and in 2010 was awarded the Liberty Bell Award by the Student Bar Association as public recognition for outstanding law community service at the Claude W. Pettit College of Law. Mr. Laudato has continued his service to the community, acting as an appointed public defender in Painesville and Mentor representing clients in both misdemeanor and felony matters.
Mr. Laudato also devotes a significant portion of his time to assisting clients in the preparation of wills and other essential estate planning documents. Furthermore, he works closely with executors to administer estates in the Probate Court. He concentrates his practice in the areas of Probate Law, Landlord-Tenant Law, Social Security Disability Benefits, Civil Litigation, Personal Injury Law, and Collections.
