Stacy E. Dame

Stacy E. Dame graduated with a double major from the Ohio State University, magna cum laude, and earned her law degree at Case Western Reserve University School of Law. She joined Wiles Richards in 2003 and is currently overseeing the operations of the firm’s Madison office.

As an attorney, she has since assisted a number of individuals, families, and business entities in addressing their legal needs in a variety of complex civil matters. Ms. Dame devotes a substantial portion of her practice to assisting families in addressing the legal issues surrounding divorce, dissolution, custody, visitation, paternity, child support, civil protection orders, enforcement, and post decree modification actions.

Ms. Dame is a Certified Mediator and is able to provide private mediation services to resolve matters outside of the courtroom.  Ms. Dame completed the specialized training for family and divorce mediation approved by the Supreme Court Dispute Resolution Section in accordance with the standards established by the Commission on Dispute Resolution.

Ms. Dame also advises families in the creation of their estate planning documents (such as Wills, Trusts, Financial and Healthcare Power of Attorneys, and Living Wills) and works side by side with executors in the administration of probate estates. Stacy has helped small business owners in a wide range of matters including but not limited to the creation of documents required for business organization, dissolving business entities, and registration of Trademarks/Service Marks with the appropriate Federal and State agencies. She also plays a key role in assisting the firm in its extensive practice representing various local townships and municipalities.

Ms. Dame is acting counsel for the Madison Fire Board.  Ms. Dame is also a member of the North Perry Village Board of Zoning Appeals, a member of the Lake County Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, Madison-Perry Chamber of Commerce and a Trustee for the Madison Public Library. She is a former member of the Willoughby Chamber of Commerce and Lake County Women’s Leadership Initiative.  She is a 2006 graduate of Leadership Lake County.
