Stephanie E. Landgraf is lifelong resident of Northeast Ohio, joining the firm as an Associate Attorney in 2013. Prior to joining Wiles and Richards, Stephanie was a Staff Attorney for Judge Lawson in the Lake County Court of Common Pleas. During law school and immediately thereafter, Stephanie worked for the City of North Olmsted, representing the City and prosecuting misdemeanor offenses and administrative code violations in the Rocky River Municipal Court and Eighth District Court of Appeals, alongside the City’s Law Director and Prosecutor.
As an Associate Attorney at Wiles and Richards, Stephanie’s practice focuses primarily on civil litigation, land use and zoning, domestic relations, family law, probate, estate planning, business transactions, real property, and personal injury representation. Stephanie additionally serves an essential role in Wiles and Richards’ extensive municipal and governmental entity representation, providing legal counsel and guidance to the firm’s municipal and township clients.
Ms. Landgraf practices in Ashtabula, Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, Lorain, and Portage counties. At the present time, she also serves as Assistant Law Director for the City of Willoughby and provides counsel to the Concord Township Board of Zoning Appeals and Zoning Commission. Stephanie serves on the Board Member of the Western Reserve Junior Service League.
